7 Spring Must Haves

7 Spring Must Haves

Okay ladies, spring is FINALLY among us. To most people this means: poppies, green landscapes and better moods. To me this means: a justification for all the cute spring outfits I’m about to buy! And better moods too. I thaw that the snow and ice were melting and it put a little spring in my step. (Cheesy puns are obviously proof of better moods.)

From polka dots to perfect solidity, from shapes to puffs, these spring trends lit up the runway and showcased some remarkable looks. These colors, cuts, and crannies were a true inspiration for the spring collections.

Here are some of our favorite trending must haves and ways to wear them like a #LITbabe.

Perfect Parkas

Time is a perfectionists’ biggest hurdle. There are those lucky moments however, when something falls right into place at the right time. This coat, is one of those moments. Talk about a sharp, clean slate. From a crisp cotton color to flawless fit, this blazer-style jacket will put you above all. Tom Ford styled this white suit look with a bra, so it’s obviously a look to be killed in and out of office.

Since we’re on the topic of perfection, I’ll guide you to our triumph pant to complete the look.

X-Girl Sunglasses

You’ll probably be outshining most after reading this blog post, so you’ll probably need some protection. These 90’s shapes are back and with a fearless lip color, you’ll be unstoppable.

Square Necklines

Another shape introduced this season were square necklines turning up at designers like Christian Dior and Carolina Herrera. Between crop tops and dresses these cut out necklines create a flattering dainty look, perfect for your next picnic date amongst the daisies.

Puffed Shoulders

The slightly exposed look of the off-the-shoulder trend has temporarily retired as softer feminine vibes arise in forms of puff. These delicate puffed shoulder looks are all the lovable spring styles at the moment.

Trench Coats

Teach inspector gadget some trench lessons with this classic spring staple piece. Turning up at every important collection, so many designers showcased this look in unique and incredible ways. Fringed, layered and deconstructed cuts were paired in unexpected ways between bikinis, shorts and slip dresses.

Polka Dots

Spotted on the runway was the polka dot trend in monochromatic and contemporary cut outs. Demna Gvasalia’s beautifully long chiffon dresses showed us that there’s more than one way to wear this itty bitty teeny weenie classic.

Dark Denim

This trend is taking a less cliché approach to spring and adding a little bit of darkness to the seasons wardrobe. You can never go wrong with a staple piece like denim. For any mood, look or style, this versatile vintage will always have your back, literally.
